The Shading Tree (Tim Atiep)Title

Being a Member of the Association

As a member of The Shading Tree (Tim Atiep), you will have the right to vote at meetings of The Shading Tree (Tim Atiep) and will be able to play an active role in the planning of the Association's activities. The membership section of the Constitution is included below. All suggestions, comments, advice and criticisms from members will be very much welcomed.

A newsletter will be produced every three months which will be sent out by post or electronically as appropriate. The Shading Tree (Tim Atiep) hopes that all members will be as active as possible and will assist in fundraising and advocacy. Fundraising is always difficult and the Association would appreciate any assistance, suggestions and advice from members, as well as promotion of the Association and the recruitment of members. Any funds raised, even small amounts, such as the proceeds from a car boot sale or a tea party can make a big difference. Any letters received by MPs, Cabinet Ministers or the Foreign Office will help to keep the situation in Sudan on the political agenda.
